Our client, a leading provider in facility maintenance, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician 

Location: Howard, WI

What's the Job?

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems.
• Assist in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently perform defined tasks.
• Conduct inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas of assigned properties.
• Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, sinks, and drains.
• Prioritize and manage work orders for maintenance tasks effectively.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CMMS (Maximo).
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
