Job Description

We're seeking a Multimedia Designer to join the creative team of a world-renowned entertainment and experiences brand. In this role, you'll contribute to the design and production of visually stunning content across print, motion, and digital formats to support a wide network of retail locations.

📍 Location: Kissimmee, FL | Hybrid (Onsite Mon–Thurs)

📅 Duration: 12-month contract

💲 Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on strategy, design, and production of retail graphic packages across 350+ locations
• Design engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos that bring merchandise spaces to life
• Support window displays, interior visuals, digital signage, and printed collateral
• Translate concepts into storyboards and production-ready assets
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on both concepting and print production
• Participate in hands-on graphic assembly, installation prep, and material delivery
• Work within a fast-paced team balancing multiple deadlines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of motion graphic and production design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Ability to prep files for both print and digital production
• Comfortable with physical production work (printing, lifting, assembly)

Nice to Have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Skills in 3D rendering or digital concepting
• Experience working with a variety of digital display formats and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with large-format printing processes

Education:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
