MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our collegial cutting-edge fellowship trained Neurosurgery team. We offer top-tier compensation with a seven-figure base salary, a $100,000 bonus, and a production/quality incentive plan.

Opportunity Details:

• Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain, and trauma.
• Two Clinic Days/3 OR Days.
• No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call.
• Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician.
• Call 1:4 with APP taking 1 st call.
• APP's primary assist with daily inpatient rounding.
• On-site X-Ray, CT, and MRI/Functional MRI.
• Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR.
• Clinical practice experience strongly preferred.

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is a 550 bed Level II Trauma center that has been faithfully serving the community since 1893 and has a tertiary service area of 1.4 million. Named to the Becker's Healthcare "100 great hospitals in America" list, MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center offers central Iowa's only Gold Seal of Approval and Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center. Our closed ICU's include a dedicated Neuro Trauma ICU supported by full-time Pulmonary Critical Care and Surgical Critical Care trained Physicians. MercyOne features block scheduling, 3 navigation stations, o-arm, minimally invasive capabilities, and a Bi-Plane suite.
