Work From Home Call Center Representatives to join our virtual call center.

This is a fixed-schedule position that requires evening and weekend availability - all team members must be able to work until 10:00 PM Central Time. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role is ideal for dependable professionals ready to commit to a consistent schedule.
What the Job Involves: You'll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services - this is
not cold calling . Your role is to provide excellent customer service while helping set appointments and answering questions.
You're a Great Fit If You: - Have strong listening skills and a professional, courteous phone manner
- Are motivated by clear goals and performance metrics
- Are coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve
- Can multitask - working the phone while navigating systems
- Type at least 35 WPM and have above-average computer skills
- Work well with others and enjoy contributing to team success
- Can commit to a fixed schedule and work evenings/weekends until 9:00 PM CST
Compensation & Benefits: - Starting pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid virtual training
- Pay increase after 30 days
- PTO earned after 90 days (regardless of full-time or part-time status)
- Growth opportunities - several reps have been promoted to management
Additional Requirements: - Must be a current Colorado resident
- Must be able to commit to a fixed schedule that ends no earlier than 9:00 PM CST
Home Office & Tech Requirements: - High-speed wired internet (Wi-Fi not accepted)
- Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM, 2GHz processor minimum
- Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- MS Office or OpenOffice (free options available with support)
- Webcam required for meetings and training
- Company-provided headset
