Be a part of the St. Mary of the Woods Community!

We are looking for a part-time Non-Certified Nurse Aide to work in our 5-star healthcare facility. The STNA is responsible for providing Resident care according to an approved Care Plan; understand and practice infection control procedures; comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals. Come join our culture driven community with excellent staff to resident ratios!

Schedule includes working every other weekend and every other holiday:

• 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Part-time - 24 hours per two-week pay period)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision.
• Proven history of good judgement, integrity, and consideration to others
• Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities.
• High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.
