Covenant House Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center. We are seeking a full or part-time Family Medicine and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention in an integrated healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing patient-centered healthcare, including management of HIV Prep therapy to individuals and families, regardless of gender identity and sexual orientation.

​Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Manage Clinic Operations
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with providers to deliver quality healthcare
• Educate patients on medical treatments
• Provide primary care to patients
• Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations
• Set up and monitor medical equipment
• Order and administer diagnostic tests
• Communicate test results to patients and their families
• Record medical histories
• Other duties as assigned

​ Qualifications:

• Valid PA License
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
