Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide holistic care for peri- and post-menopausal women, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and pellet therapy
• Perform aesthetic and wellness procedures, such as Botox, microneedling, PRP, and O-Shot
• Manage patients in medical weight loss programs (including GLP-1 therapies)
• Evaluate and treat pelvic health concerns such as incontinence and prolapse
• Collaborate with physicians and wellness professionals to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
• Current Illinois NP or PA license (or license-eligible)
• DEA certification (or eligibility)
• Experience or strong interest in women's health, menopause care, aesthetics, or urogynecology
• Passion for education, patient wellness, and a team-oriented approach

Schedule & Work Environment
• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Monday: Remote telemedicine (may shift to in-person)
• Tuesday-Friday: In-office in Barrington, IL
• Opportunity to cover Rockford, IL location up to 2 days per week once trained
• Manage 10-15 patients per day with a mix of consults, follow-ups, and procedures
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $95,000-$120,000
• Performance bonus tied to productivity and wellness services

• CME time and stipend after one year
