BAYADA is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services for Early Intervention and pediatrics in Delaware.

How we prepare our OT's for Success:

• Comprehensive training and professional development
• Paid orientation
• 24/7 clinical support
• Continuing education scholarships

Available OT Shifts:

• Full Time: 28 visits per week M-F
• Part Time: 18 visits per week M-F
• Per Diem: 5 visits per week M-F

Early Intervention OT Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with families using coaching interaction style, giving the tools they need to help their child succeed.
• Support the child's learning in their natural environment with familiar people- services can be at home, child care, the library, or even the playground!
• Uses electronic documentation system for each visit
• Complete weekly visits.

Requirements:

• Birth to Five and or Home Care experience preferred
• License active and in good standing- If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary.

Pay: Up to $75 per visit
