Cold Creek Commercial Cleaning is recruiting for workforce site-based janitorial positions. We offer an inclusive work environment, competitive wages and a benefits package available following probationary period.

Primary Role: Janitors are responsible for cleaning all common areas of site, including but not limited to office trailers, wash carts, office complex, lunchrooms, dry rooms, hallways, outside areas and garbage/recycling disposal.

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety underpin every aspect of our operation.

Qualifications:
• Valid class 5 driver’s license no N or L
• Janitorial or housekeeping experience working in a camp or hotel preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to employment.

• Must be able to lift, move, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Good physical stamina; capable of working long hours on your feet, including bending, crouching and kneeling. This is a physically demanding job.
• Must be able to work on a 4 on 4 off rotation, 10 hour days

Responsibilities Include:
• Practice safe work procedures and rectify and/or report any safety hazards immediately
• Perform daily janitorial duties per schedule
• Safely drive a company vehicle around site and transport passengers, as required
• Change garbage and recycling bins daily
• Thoroughly clean, sanitize and restock wash carts daily
• Keep all storage areas and cleaning supplies organized and stocked
• Report any maintenance or supply issues to supervisor promptly
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Practice safe work procedures and rectify or report any safety hazards immediately
