Job Details Are you a seasoned recruiting professional with a knack for identifying great ERP/Oracle focused talent? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
Supporting the recruiting needs for key ERP/Oracle skill sets. Must be able to work autonomously in a fully remote role. You will work on a 1:1 ratio with your sales counterpart.
- CRM is Bullhorn
- Fully Remote – office is based in TX - will visit for interview and training
- Compensation: $60K -70$K base plus 20% commission on GP (uncapped earning potential)

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruiter role preferably for a staffing firm and understand a pay for performance culture.
2. A desire to grow relationships and find great technical talent for ERP/Oracle projects nationwide.
3. Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
