Job Overview Order Management Coordinator 33926

This role is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at working across internal teams to meet customer needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and related transactions.
• Provide exceptional service by building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Execute customer agreements involving orders, quotes, and contracts with a high degree of precision.
• Adapt quickly to support a range of customers, markets, and product segments.
• Actively participate in system testing, training, and special projects as assigned.
• Serve as a professional and effective representative of the company in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience in a customer?facing role within a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with solid problem?solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team?oriented setting.
• Self?motivated with a strong desire to enhance the customer experience.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Passionate about delivering high?quality customer service.
