Orthopedic Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP

This facility is seeking a Orthopedic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: as soon as credentialed - ongoing for 3 months (Clinic is open Monday -Thursday, 9am to 4pm (we need coverage for 5 days monthly) this includes 5 weekdays of call (that will mirror the clinic days) one weekend of call for a total of 7 days per month).

Setting: Clinic and Hospital

Cases: Diagnose and Treat patients in a clinical setting. Perform Orthopedic surgery as cases and call mandate.

Credentialing timeframe: 5 days once packet is completed.

Licensure: Active Arizona license is required.
