Job Title : Outbound Telephone Surveyor

***This is Strictly an ON-SITE role NOT REMOTE**

About Us : We are a dedicated outbound calling center, working in partnership with the CDC and State Health Department to conduct confidential health surveys. Our work plays a vital role in gathering data that informs public health strategies, contributing to the well-being of Utah residents, and shaping national health policies. BBSI is seeking a skilled and qualified candidate to join the team! 

Position Overview : As an Outbound Telephone Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of public health data collection. You will contact Utah residents to invite them to participate in important health surveys. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

Work Schedule :

• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM - MANDATORY Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Training and Probation: MANDATORY, with no absences or late arrivals permitted.

PAY: Bilingual (English & Spanish) $16.50hr NON-Bilingual (English Only) $16.00hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Citizen Outreach : Conduct outbound calls to residents on behalf of the State Health Department to encourage participation in health surveys.
• Survey Administration : Follow a provided script verbatim to ensure consistent and accurate data collection.
• Data Entry : Accurately record survey responses in our computer system during each call.
• Training and Compliance : Attend mandatory training sessions and adhere strictly to attendance requirements, particularly on Saturdays.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of six months of outbound phone experience and sales experience.
• Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and respectful tone on the phone.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in basic computer operations, including data entry.
• Reliability : Perfect attendance is mandatory during training and on scheduled workdays, particularly Saturdays.
• Professionalism : Strong ability to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
