This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN with ICU or Emergency Room experience who enjoys fast-paced, team-oriented work without the demands of nights, weekends, or call. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Provide conscious sedation and perioperative nursing care for outpatient surgical cases in collaboration with the ASC team. Monitor, assess, and document patients’ clinical status throughout the procedure and recovery process. Administer medications, interpret vital signs, and respond appropriately to any clinical changes. Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient flow. Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-operative care, and recovery expectations. Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and compassion. Qualifications BLS and ACLS certifications required. Prior PACU, ER or ICU experience strongly preferred. Prior conscious sedation experience required. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor.
