Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join our growing team. As a board certified or board eligible physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients and their families
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on palliative care options and end-of-life care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the delivery of palliative care services
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Participate in on-call coverage as required
Qualifications:
Board certified or board eligible in palliative care
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in palliative care
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of palliative care principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
