We are a growing, client-focused law firm seeking a skilled and motivated Part or Full Time Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on complex cases while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Conduct depositions and prepare clients and witnesses
• Participate in case strategy meetings
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff
• Occasionally meet with new clients/ intake
• Notarizing and witnessing on client documents
• Drafting documents, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries

Qualifications:

• Although experience is a plus, we will consider attorneys of any level
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
