We are currently seeking a Part-Time Janitor & Cleaner Crew Member to provide support at a Clermont location.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces in office, medical, and industrial facilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and high-touch surfaces
• Use industrial cleaning equipment, including back-pack vacuums
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to meet health and safety standards

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE
• Properly use, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with company and OSHA standards

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Work collaboratively with team members at various job sites
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and report issues to supervisors

Maintenance & Organization

• Keep janitor closets clean and organized
• Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition
• Log cleaning tasks and hours worked using the CleanSmarts system

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of janitorial or office cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation required to travel to job sites across Central Florida
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable performing manual labor in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling
• Job duties may be adjusted as needed
