Job Summary

As a vital member of our team, you will work under the guidance of our Medical Director and Program Director to promote and restore patients' health. Your role will involve collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide essential support to our patients on their recovery journey.

Essential Functions

  • Medication Management: Administer medications as per physician orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure precise accounting of medications.
  • Patient Interaction: Observe patients' demeanor prior to dosing and assist with scheduling and screening.
  • Data Collection: Administer lab tests and collect vital data for review by medical staff.
  • Public Interface: Engage with patients and visitors, providing a welcoming environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education/Licensure: Active LPN nursing license in the state of Ohio.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, and general nursing practices.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact; clinical experience is a plus.
