We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Work-from-Home Administrative Assistant. This role requires a professional with a background in medical front desk operations, capable of performing administrative tasks remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations 
  • manage various administrative duties remotely 
Position Requirements
  • Proven experience in a medical front desk or similar administrative role is essential
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in digital tools and systems, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to work from a dedicated home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer or laptop
Position Details
  • pay rate: $12hr
  • work schedule: every other Thursday and Friday
  • pay frequency: daily 
  • location: remote(work from home)
Requirements
  • MUST have your own laptop or computer setup
  • MUST have high-speed internet
  • MUST have a clean background
  • This position will require you to download a system that will monitor your work. Only hours verified by this system will be paid
