Chef Stephen Gillanders’ first restaurant, S.K.Y. is opening at Lincoln Park and is looking for a Floor Manager to join its team!

The new location is at The Belden-Stratford building, near Lincoln Park Zoo.

We’re seeking a highly driven individual with exceptional attention to detail, sharp focus, and a strong sense of leadership in the kitchen. This role demands passion, resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to excellence—especially during high-pressure services. The right candidate will help uphold and elevate the standards of S.K.Y. Restaurant under the guidance of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
• Master and train all stations with accuracy and consistency
• Manage daily inventory and place orders as needed
• Ensure full compliance with health codes through regular audits
• Support CDC in staff development and training initiatives
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning
• Foster a positive and professional work environment
• Collaborate closely with our CDC, Executive Chef, and leadership team
