We are an infant–toddler developmental school dedicated to supporting children ages 18 months to 3 years with developmental delays and special needs. Our highly rated Early Start program, located within a state-of-the-art educational facility, provides compassionate, evidence-based early intervention services designed to help each child reach their fullest potential. Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers with communication, language, and feeding needs in a center-based school setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, family coaching, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
ResponsibilitiesConduct speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations for infants and toddlers.
Provide individualized early intervention sessions tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
Support and coach caregivers to strengthen communication strategies in daily routines.
Develop IFSP goals in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required Early Start reports.
Participate in team meetings, IFSP reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current California SLP license (or eligibility).
Pediatric experience preferred, especially with infants and toddlers.
Strong communication and family-coaching skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Bilingual languages a plus.
