Floor / Broker Trading at IMC:

In addition to electronic trading, we have a strong trading presence in the broker market (trading on the floor and executing trades with brokers). We are looking for an experienced broker trader to join IMC as a Broker Trader on the PHLX exchange floor. This position is based in Philadelphia. At IMC, your decisions have direct impact on the company's trading profits and there is constant opportunity to truly impact our trading strategies. Your Core Responsibilities:

• Actively provide liquidity to many market participants leveraging IMC proprietary strategies
• Manage execution and risk of complex trading portfolios
• Effectively communicate real-time trade information and information flow to IMC's internal team
• Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and research new trading opportunities
• Perform trades analysis to improve trading

Your Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience pricing, analyzing, and trading exchange-traded equity options
• Previous experience in team-based collaborative trading environment, preferably from a top-tier market making firm
• Talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers (PHLX preferred)
• Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and desire to work in a team-based environment
