Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Pecos, Texas. This full-time, day shift role offers consistent 8-hour shifts and a competitive hourly rate. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based therapy services to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training
Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient care activities
Support recovery and promote long-term wellness and functional ability
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and facility standards
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Clinical experience preferred, though new grads are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative healthcare environment
