Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient (Permanent Role) – Artesia, New Mexico
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
Primarily Outpatient, Occasional Inpatient Coverage
Up to $8K Relocation Assistance

 

We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the rehab team at a supportive, community-focused hospital in Artesia, NM. This is a permanent, benefits-eligible role offering relocation assistance, a steady Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to work across a variety of patient populations.

Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Focus

• Provide skilled interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in carrying out treatment plans for orthopedic, neuro, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Document services in accordance with state, federal, and facility requirements
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety
• $8,000 Relocation Assistance (with receipts)
• NM PTA License (or eligibility) and BLS required

• Primarily outpatient, hospital-based setting with occasional flex to inpatient MS-Rehab

• Weekend rotation only 1 in every 5 weeks (inpatient coverage)
• Collaborative team with 2 PTs and strong interdisciplinary support
