Full-Time Neonatology Position – Richmond, VAPosition Type: Permanent | Setting: Level III NICU | Visa & Locums: Not accepted Key Highlights

• Facility: Largest delivery center in the region with a 40-bed Level III NICU
• Model: Single-family room NICU – family-centered care focus
• Coverage: 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage
• Call: In-house; no newborn nursery coverage required
• Schedule: Full-time

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Locum Tenens Candidates: Not accepted
• Visa Candidates: Not accepted

• Deliver advanced neonatal intensive care
• Utilize therapies such as:
• HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)
• HFJV (High-Frequency Jet Ventilation)
• Inhaled nitric oxide
• Therapeutic hypothermia

• Work collaboratively with:
• On-site pediatric surgery & cardiology
• Nurse-led neonatal transport team
• Focus exclusively on NICU patients
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research Team Culture
