*What You'll Do:*
* Provide top-tier primary care to a diverse patient base, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
* Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of medical practice.
* Comply with all relevant policies and regulations to uphold the highest standards of healthcare.

*What You'll Bring: *
* Colorado medical license (MD or DO) and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine.
* Current DEA Certificate, Suboxone DEA, and CPR/ACLS certifications—or readiness to obtain these quickly upon joining.
* Experience in managing diverse patient needs, including those with addiction or severe mental health conditions.
* Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus to effectively serve a diverse community.
