Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models for fund-level and transaction-level scenarios, including M&A, LBOs, recapitalizations, and co-investments
• Conduct FP&A for the PE fund , including capital forecasting, fund cash flow planning, and performance analysis across fund investments
• Support valuation analysis using DCF, precedent transactions, and public comps to support investment decisions and internal reporting
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, pitch materials , and internal presentations for IC meetings and LP updates
• Perform deal modeling and return sensitivity analyses , including IRR, MOIC, and waterfall models
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and operating teams to model transaction structures and support deal execution
• Track and analyze fund performance metrics , such as NAV, DPI, RVPI, and unfunded commitments
• Maintain and enhance model templates and analytics for repeatable fund and transaction analysis
