As a Progressive Roadside Assistance Coordinator with TTN Fleet Solutions, you’ll be helping stranded drivers by dispatching roadside repair and towing events. We’ll train you to understand the needs of these drivers, to dispatch the right solutions, and communicate with drivers and vendors for a successful outcome. You’ll be a hero… getting drivers back on the road and safely home to their families.

This is a new and exciting line of business for TTN with the opportunity to grow our business by double. It means you are up for the challenge to help us build this new line of business and create a future that has you in the day-to-day operation of learning how to navigate a new customer. Requirements

• Position is available for Remote work / Work from Home
• Requires at least one year or more of dispatching experience, preferably roadside assistance or emergency dispatching
• Pass a Background Check/Drug Test
• Shifts: TBD One weekend day required. Overtime Pay available. On-Call Required
