Project Engineer
Location: Crystal Hill (25% Travel) | Type: Full-Time (Relocation Offered)

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Manage Projects: Plan and run projects from concept to finish. Handle budgets from $3,000 to $2.5 million.

  • Create Drawings & Estimates: Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Project to design and track costs and schedules.

  • Improve Processes: Study current operations, recommend upgrades, and reduce downtime.

  • Coordinate Work: Oversee contractors and ensure safety, quality, and on-time results.

  • Support Maintenance: Help keep the plant running smoothly and solve any engineering challenges that come up.

What You’ll Need

  • Degree: B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.

  • Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge, good communication, and solid organizational abilities.

  • Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Project.

  • Mindset: Hands-on, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
