Job ID: 23-27453 Pay Range: $90k-$100k/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- PM will oversee Project Management and will work with Field Techs and supporting team on Delivery of inventory walkthroughs, device deployment, Testing Deployment Readiness (TDR) and go live support for this Healthcare clients' End User Device EPIC project in the Warner Robins/Perry Georgia and surrounding areas.
- PM will oversee work at numerous Healthcare offices/hospitals/clinics/etc. in these areas and provide weekly status reports to overall client and set forth and execute the project plans, tasks underway, tasks completed, project Issues/impacts and remediation plans.
- PM will work with and manage Coordinator that will be responsible for management of the equipment staging area(s) regarding receipt of new equipment, tracking and verification of base software configuration.
- Standards will be followed for network and EUD support.
- EPIC minimum HW standards are represented as the Client equivalent to the PC specifications provided.
- Deliverables and Major Tasks:The activities (could be others not identified at this time) that will be executed pursuant to performance of the Services are as follows - estimated dates of activities could be subject to change:
- Project Kickoff
- Staging and Kitting area management
- Existing Equipment Inventory: PC, Laptop, Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Web Cams, Credit Card Machines, Signature Pads, Dragon Mics, iPads, Docks, iPhones, WOW/AIO.
- Equipment and Device Gap Analysis:/Plan to Deploy: Net New Equipment Needed, Upgrades/Replacements
- Equipment Order, Receipt, and base configuration
- Install/Deploy Equipment
- TDR Support and Remediation
- Go Live Support
- Ramp Down to BAU (Business as Usual), Staging and Training center Tear Down as requested.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - Prior Epic/EMR and/or Healthcare Project Management experience required
- Will work closely with Field Technicians, Coordinators, Logistics and Epic application teams to understand overall Field Service support needs that will include but not limited to:
- Travel to site-specific hospitals and clinics to support the device mapping, hardware refresh, and Epic "TDR" script testing to ensure correct application installation.
- Testing workstations and peripheral devices, using Epic software modules and executing Epic test scripts, to ensure printing queues are created and printers are mapped to the correct workstations, and peripheral devices are working as expected.
- Providing detailed information on each failed workstation or device, using Epic modules and Epic test script outputs, to ensure proper and efficient turnaround times for failure troubleshooting and resolution.
- Understand expected result and document failures effectively based on test script requirements.
- Utilize client provided tools and systems to plan and evaluate hardware and software needs across the project.
- Normal Work Schedule
- Expected work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
- Need to be flexible as high likelihood and potential for 40-45 hours per week plus with potential night shifts and/or weekend work.
- Travel will be necessary to support hospitals and clinics in the Warner Robins, Perry, Bonaire and Kathleen, Georgia.
