We are seeking a Project Manager - Siding, Paint, and Gutters to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

This is NOT an entry-level position and requires significant experience.

Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., M-F. We offer a company Medical plan (starting the 7th month of hire), ten paid days off per year (available beginning the 7th month), and six paid company holidays per year (starting upon hire as dictated by the calendar). The pay is dependent on experience plus a monthly bonus (up to $7,500 per year), depending on company sales volume.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
