Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Estate Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting clients remotely with notarizing essential estate documents, offering peace of mind during crucial moments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Thoroughly verify the identities of signatories, particularly during sensitive estate transactions. Virtually notarize a variety of estate-related documents, including wills, trusts, probate forms, and more. Ensure signatories understand the implications of the documents they are signing and provide their consent willingly. Administer appropriate oaths and affirmations for the specific documents being notarized. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of each remote estate notarization. Stay up-to-date with estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy. Handle confidential and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Strong understanding of estate laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills for remote client interactions. Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for virtual notarization. Attention to detail in verifying identities and reviewing estate documents. Ability to navigate sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and tact. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, reliable remote work setup, including Internet connection and the necessary equipment. Flexible availability to accommodate clients in your coverage area(s). PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
