QCM/Super - Federal Superintendent / Quality Control Manager (Dual Hat Role)

Location: Onsite - Illinois

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on active federal construction sites.
• Manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and federal specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of federal construction experience (USACE, NAVFAC, DOD).
• Proven ability to manage both Superintendent and QCM responsibilities.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, USACE CQM, CPR/AED, and familiarity with EM 385-1-1.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Illinois (relocation assistance provided).
