If you're the kind of person who can walk the floor, spot a risk before it becomes a recall, challenge outdated processes, and still be the calming presence during an audit, this is for you.
You’ll be the senior-most food safety and quality professional on site. That means owning the QA program end to end: from overseeing FSQA systems and documentation, to training teams, coaching production, responding to customers, and leading site audits. You'll partner with Ops, Engineering, and Sanitation to make sure every inch of the plant meets the mark.
Compliance? That's a given. But you'll also drive continuous improvement - whether that's working with suppliers to fix ingredient specs, helping design food-safe equipment layouts, or managing the site through a mock recall.
