Responsibilities:

\n
• \n Maintain and improve the QMS: Manage and continuously improve the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant industry certifications.
\n
• \n Conduct internal audits: Plan and execute internal quality audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures. Facilitate third-party and customer audits, and manage corrective actions.
\n
• \n Support top management: Report on the performance of the QMS and any opportunities for improvement to senior leadership.
\n
• \n Ensure customer focus: Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
\n
• \n Provide training: Develop and deliver training to site personnel on quality procedures, standards, and awareness.
\n
• \n Promote quality culture: Advocate for a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
\n
• \n Interface with customers: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries and concerns.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science) or equivalent experience.
\n
• Minimum of 5-7 years in a quality leadership or management role.
\n
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining an ISO 9001 compliant QMS.
\n
• Experience managing a quality team within an ISO 9001 organization.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Experience with statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
\n
• Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools.
\n
• Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 is highly preferred
