Our client, a nationally recognized medical institution in Connecticut, is seeking Radiation Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care with advanced technology and a collaborative team approach.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe and effective radiation therapy treatments, ensuring patient confidentiality and dignity
• Operate and monitor therapeutic equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions
• Support special procedures, clinical training, and onboarding of new therapists and students
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment parameters, and billing codes
• Provide coverage for emergencies, weekends, and multiple radiation oncology locations as required

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved school of Radiation Therapy Technology
• ARRT Certification and Connecticut Licensure (required)
• BLS Certification (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of radiation therapy experience, including 1–3 years in radiation oncology
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist patients with mobility, and work in high-stress clinical environments
