Location: Lowell, MA & Surrounding North Shore Communities.
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time.
Compensation: Competitive Commission Structure + Training & Support.

We are a growing, client-focused real estate team/brokerage serving the beautiful South Shore of Massachusetts. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional service, build strong community relationships, and support our agents with the tools they need to succeed. As demand in the Hingham market continues to rise, we’re looking to add motivated, professional Realtors to our team.

We are seeking licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons who are:

• Driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about the Hingham and South Shore market.
• Comfortable with lead generation, networking, and client service.
• Tech-savvy and open to using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and modern real estate platforms.
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply—training and mentorship provided.

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the full real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market analyses and provide pricing guidance.
• Prospect, nurture, and manage a pipeline of leads.
• Coordinate and host open houses, showings, and client meetings.
• Market listings through digital platforms, social media, and community outreach.
• Maintain compliance with state real estate laws and brokerage policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to closing.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and professional presentation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
