• Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for WSB's corporate real estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal operations to identify office space needs and work with outside broker(s) to locate office space.
• Lead space planning efforts through the pipeline from site selection to letter of intent negotiation, to lease finalization and the construction of the offices space, including fit planning and furniture selection.
• Work with internal legal to negotiate leases and lease amendments for all approved office space.
• Partner with internal partner service teams and external interior design, furniture, and construction teams to ensure office space projects move smoothly.
• Negotiate and administer master service agreements with vendors including furniture, interior design, and contractors.
• Manage day-to-day facility needs and lead quarterly facility calls with the assistance of a Facilities Specialist.
• Establish and maintain office space guidelines.
• Conduct condition assessments.
• Track lease terms and manage lease renewals. Ensure accounting team has needed lease information for US GAAP tracking purposes.

What You Will Bring:

• 5 -10 years of corporate real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and be a trusted decisionmaker.
• Requires proficient knowledge of real estate financial terms and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to efficiently present information
• Willingness to be flexible, adaptive, and to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
