Responsibilities:
• Conduct property showings, ensuring clients have a seamless and informative experience.
• Collaborate with team members to support lead generation and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends to offer clients valuable insights.
• Assist in preparing and organizing property listings to attract potential buyers.
• Coordinate with clients and other agents to schedule showings and follow up on inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
• Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of self-discipline and a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals.
• Familiarity with the Gainesville, FL real estate market is beneficial.
