About the Role:

This role will focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring and branch managers to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions, including Operations, IT, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles.
• High-Volume Recruiting: Partner with managers to hiring needs, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.
• Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Position Specialization: Recruit for specialized roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and clear communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and refine selection criteria.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
