Recruiter needed for the  Manufacturing/Light Industrial division of a well established Diversity forward National Company.

Buffalo, NY
Full time In Office
Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay - $55,000+ depending on experience. 

Job Duties - 

• Full cycle recruiting: sourcing, vetting, placing, coaching, and retention. 
• Creating and maintaining multiple customer and candidate relationships. 
• Building a strong pipeline for defined skill sets.
• Assisting with sales from the desk.

• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Able to work well both independently and with the team. 
• Effectively collaborate, network, and build professional relationships.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role and the company. 

Requirements - 

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting/staffing 
• Experience with high volume recruiting across multiple customers and fields
• Must work in office with potential local travel for hiring events and customer site visits.
