Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is helping a large, well-known client with an upcoming hiring initiative. Our client is seeking Recruiters , specifically for outside sales roles. If you have a full-desk recruiting background (1+ years) and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this 100% remote opportunity could be for you!

Role: Recruiter

Job type: Contract, 6+ months

Location: 100% remote.

Hours: EST hours.

Pay: $30/hour

What You'll Do:
  • Source and recruit top outside sales professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Partner with Directors and Sr. Directors , presenting candidates and managing expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle with a sense of urgency and precision.
  • Work EST hours (meetings start at 8:30 AM EST ).


What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of full-desk recruiting (agency experience preferred, but corporate is fine).
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience in direct outreach .
  • Client-facing experience and ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
