We Are Hiring a Recruiter, Candidate Sourcer!
Who are we looking for? Someone who is DYNAMIC, highly confident, driven, influential, not shy (will talk to anyone), an excellent communicator with an intellectual curiosity who has sales and marketing skills. This position involves picking up the phone, making phone calls and building relationships with people over the phone.

The VET Recruiter is the leading executive search and recruitment firm in the Animal Health Industry and Veterinary profession. At the VET Recruiter we help Animal Health companies and Veterinary practices find high quality talent. In this role you will primarily be recruiting veterinarians for clinical practice.
We are a team of mission-driven and hard-working animal lovers who share the goal of helping veterinary practices fill gaps in their staff to ensure care is available to pets that need it. We work nationwide throughout the United States and in Canada.
We are proud to be a NAPS accredited search and recruitment firm, and along with it, exemplifying the highest professional standards. We will work with our team to assist them in obtaining their Certified Personnel Consulting (CPC) status.
What Will You Do If You Work at the VET Recruiter?
You will be a matchmaker between leading Animal Health and Veterinary organizations (clinics, hospitals, humane societies etc.) and high-quality talent, doctors, etc. You will spend your day building relationships, making connections and having quality conversations and ultimately making the best match between our clients hiring needs while at the same time working with top talent to find their ideal position. Your job will be to sell job opportunities and influence people to go on job interviews.
What Will Your Schedule Be Like?
You will be working from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (Five Days Per Week) at our beautiful 91st & Yale, South Tulsa Office location, which is conveniently located near Wholefoods, the Creek Turnpike, Quick Trip, Starbucks, numerous restaurants, walking / biking trails, fitness centers, banks, etc. You will on occasion need to be able to be available for calls after normal business hours.

You are highly coachable, exhibit self-confidence, are an influencer who is self-motivated, driven, action and goal oriented. You have an intellectual curiosity. You have persuasive skills and the ability to influence people. You are process driven with some analytical and research skills. You are an excellent communicator with a confident demeanor. You enjoy building genuine authentic relationships with people. You have never met a stranger. You are adept at using the Internet, social media, and search engines. You are resourceful and enjoy research. Google is your friend. You are driven and self-motivated. You have a commitment to integrity, honesty and are a team player. You have an excellent command of the English language; both written and verbal communication skills are a must. You have a positive attitude, are flexible, highly motivated, highly energetic, and enthusiastic. Sales and marketing experience is desirable. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Degrees that work well are journalism and broadcasting degrees, marketing degrees, animal science degrees, agriculture degrees, psychology degrees, hospitality degrees, or other business-related degrees. New college graduates are encouraged to apply.

In this role you will receive a base pay with unlimited income potential through bonus opportunities, contests, and other incentives. There is no cap on earning potential. You will get paid bonuses based on the number of positions you are able to fill. No one is putting a limit on your earning potential. It is up to you. It is possible to earn in the six figures and we are looking for someone who desires to earn in the 6 figure range. We have the latest technology and all the tools that you need to be successful. But most of all you will benefit from the relationships you will build, the connections you will make and from helping clients find the best candidates as well as helping our candidates find a new position that will enhance their career. We will support you to obtain your CPC certification as an expert search professional. We offer benefits including medical insurance, Paid Time Off and company paid major holidays. Based on performance, you may have a chance to travel to veterinary conference in places like Orlando, Las Vegas, etc. Travel could be up to 3 times a year. All expenses paid.
