$12,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

$6,000 Sign on Bonus for Part Time

Option to Waive Benfits for an additional $5 hourly for Full Time employees

Pay up to $45 hourly depends on experiance!

• • Active unemcumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • An ability to work with multiple residents at once
  • Prior RN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
  • Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
  • Provide direction to clinical team members
  • Maintain resident confidentiality
  • Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
  • An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
  • Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required
