SALARY RANGE: $36 - $45/hr PLUS shift differentials!

The Bostonian, a not-for-profit organization, is a spacious, recently renovated 121-bed skilled nursing facility with a unique neighborhood setting conveniently located in metro Boston MA, easily accessible by public transportation and just two minutes from Route 93. The Bostonian is a preferred post acute provider for major acute care hospitals in the Boston area. We provide short term rehabilitation, long term care and respite care. Come join our team!

Requirements for RN/LPN Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as an RN or LPN
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred

Job Duties for RN/LPN:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
