Job Description
*Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements - including use of ladders and scaffolding
*Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
*Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional work needed
*Responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, supervising, and inspecting the work of skilled roofers and trades helpers. This includes site visits which requires the ability to climb up and down ladders or scaffolding, to read plans, to complete required paperwork and entry into computer program,
*Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers and interoffice personnel
* Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places
*Complete required daily paperwork, such as estimates, timesheets, etc.
* Clean driving record required
*Spanish speaking a plus
* No experience necessary; on-site training provided. Must be comfortable with varying heights, use of common hand tools, and have ability to work and strive to learn!
