Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Sales and General Manager. The Sales and General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key duties include developing business relationships, leading a dedicated team, coordinating restoration projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve working closely with claims adjusters and utilizing advanced tools to support the restoration process.
