Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This position provides essential administrative support to our sales and executive teams while serving in a critical customer service role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly - especially during our busy peak seasons. Successful candidates have the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Sales Dept. and Executive Team.
· Assist with in-person and online sales orders with accuracy.
· Communicate with clients to follow up on orders, requests and information.
· Coordinate with production, shipping and accounting teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Help prepare reports, maintain company datasets and administrative records.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Flexibility to adapt to a changing and often fast-paced environment is important.
· Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.
