Hello there, future teammate! We're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven National Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our ecommerce and omnichannel customers, with a particular focus on Amazon. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the Midwest U.S.

**What You'll Do:**

- **Build and Maintain Relationships:** You'll be the bridge between our company and our valued customers. Your primary focus will be presenting and selling our products and services to Amazon, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- **Meet Sales Targets:** You'll work towards agreed-upon sales goals and deadlines, driving our ecommerce and omnichannel revenue.
- **Resolve Customer Inquiries:** You'll handle customer questions and complaints with professionalism and empathy, always striving to provide the best solutions.
- **Keep Customers Informed:** You'll set follow-up appointments to keep customers in the loop about our latest developments.
- **Create Engaging Sales Materials:** You'll develop and present sales materials that effectively communicate our products and services.

**What You'll Need:**

- **Proven Experience:** A background in sales, customer service, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales and marketing.
- **Education:** A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, or equivalent experience in marketing/sales.
- **Tech Savvy:** Strong internet and computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- **People Skills:** The ability to build rapport with clients, strong negotiation skills, and excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- **Attention to Detail:** A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- **Travel Flexibility:** The ability to travel to top accounts or industry shows as needed.
