What You Will Do and Learn We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Delivery Team! Ideal candidates will be able to: Demonstrate a clear understanding of business needs, goals and objectives Collaborate with team members to design, build and implement Salesforce Solutions that align with client business objectives Work with clients to gather, define and document business requirements Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using agile implementation methodologies Develop and deliver end user training for potential clients to assist with adoption of the solution Stay current with latest Salesforce technologies and best practices within the industry Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting and demonstrated understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle. Knowledge of various Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud etc.) Active Salesforce Certifications or ability to get certified shortly upon hiring Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Spaulding Ridge
